Operating Requirement and Notice for CNC Rebar Stirrup Bending Machine

Preparation for turning on the machine
1.Wear helmet before go to work.
2.Check the related circuit, and switch on the power after confirmations.
3.Switch on the air power and check the TouchWIN.
4.Check the hydraulic section and solenoid valves for leaks , and make routine inspection and maintenance.
5.Keep servo driver, servo motor and motor away from moisture and water. Keep servo motor and servo driver from shock.

Parameters setting
1.In Touch WIN interface press the start, the device will automatically start operation. during this period, you should wait 10-15 seconds. When entering the hoop bending GUI interface, press manually, then adjust 90 degrees monotonous, 135 degrees monotonous, folding knife round monotonous and cutter monotonous. Press back button and enter into hoop bending interface, Click on any one screen ( linear , single-hook , hook , triangle, square, rectangular, pentagonal , hexagonal , octagonal , round ) will enter their specific settings interface. Set the parameters according to your needs, clear the production yields and press start, this machine will began its production. Press stop to stop its work.
2.Parameters of servo device have been set, you are forbidden to change it except professionals.
3.Keep its line speed in 100m/min, otherwise the machine will be broken.

Turing on the machine
After all of the parameters are set, check the rebar and turn on the machine after everything is checked. After a long time pause or position changing, you should check every part of this machine to avoid damage to human body and machine.

Threading
Put the end of the steel rod into the bending machine and send it into the traction wheels. Adjustable nut can be reinforced pressed the steel. Press the manual button servo feed. Turn down its speed while feeding and turn on the speed after feeding.

Straightening adjustment
Adjust the two adjustable nuts on the straightening frame to adjust the rebar. Rebar with uneven characters needs more pressure.
You can adjust it repeatedly until the bar is straightened up according to production needs.
Ensure that every straightening wheel is doing the work. It will ensure continuous operation and service life of machinery and product quality.

Cutting adjustment
A section of rebar will surpass the cutting port. You can cut it with manual operation in Touch WIN. . If the cutter does not at the origin, it should be operated manually by the 90 degrees, 135 degrees, fold the circle and cutter in turn until the cutter returns to origin , then you can carry out bending hoop.
In the shearing process cutting edge have found little oil outflow, this phenomenon is normal.

Bending adjustment:
1.The shaft angles have been adjusted by manufacturers, and you can adjust the angle and bending axis appropriately according to different work pieces.
2.You can produce your products according to parameters you set on TouchWIN.
3.You can’t dissemble the bending axis without permission from factories. Otherwise it will lead to or cause a wrong bending angle or a dead bent shaft, causing damage to the bending axis.

Precautions:
1. security door and the back door should be closed when equipment is at runtime to avoid injuries from pop accident and electric shock. Personnel should stay away from it while cutting rebar to avoid pop accident.
2. During automated production, you should first perform 90 degrees, 135 degrees, folding round cutter monotony to return the cutter to its origin. Then set the parameters according to your needs and produce your products.
3. If something wrong happened, you should stop production, reset the alarm interface and adjust the machine according to the malfunctions. After the adjustment, cut the section of rebar that had malfunctions and begin to work. If after troubleshooting it is still not functioning properly, then turn the total power off, check the electrical part and mechanical part to see if there is poor contact with the loose, tighten, and then restart. If it still does not work properly, please contact the factory.
4. Keep equipment refueling location clean and clean the equipment regularly and check all the screws, the electrical part and the joint in order to ensure proper operation and use of equipment. When the oil temperature reaches to 50 ℃, open the air cooling system so as not to affect production.

Safety precautions
1. You should follow instructions and operation rules while operating this machine. Operating personnel that are not familiar with the machine are forbidden to operate the equipment, so as to avoid personal injury and equipment damage.
2. The device contains electrical parts and mechanical parts, the main servo motor, pump stations, PLC and other electrical. Therefore, during the installation process you should fully consider how to protect the internal electronic machinery and electrical components, to avoid damage to the insulation, to prevent a short circuit and damage from metal corrosion and other factors that cause interference. Besides that, ensure the venue dry, ventilated, clean, no dust, no oil mist and other dirt. Keep it as far away from flammable and explosive places; has good lighting conditions. Ensure that the electrical part of the device away from the radio communications transmitters, power lines, and heat source with radiation.
3. Installation of electrical power system needs professional personnel to operate, and to wear insulated facilities and specialized tools. Please clear the area before installing to avoid accidentally shock. Peripheral device cables have to be protected with insulated pipe and be buried in the ground. Regular inspection of electrical equipment and power cord are necessary. You should change it or maintain it once abnormal things happen. Reasonable arrangements for wiring in accordance with the actual situation and you are prohibited to arbitrary wiring in the work area. Ensure separate power for installing power. Breaker and cable diameter requirements shall be satisfied. Do not walk around within work area while testing the machine, so as to avoid personal injury. Emergency stop switch equipment should always remain intact, in favor of the staff in case of emergencies happen.
4. People who operate this machine should be trained and be familiar with all of its performances. You are forbidden to move and modify the switches and other safety devices. Don’t touch its motor and other operating parts. Don’t touch rebar that being processed. Don’t set other spare parts without our permission. Please cut off the power while checking the machine.
